Experts ONF conducted lectures on digital economy for students of SevGU

The project, which rebuilds thinking and helps to orient in the digital future, was so appreciated by the students of Sevastopol State University (SevGU) who held the online lecture “Implement Yourself in the Digital World!” Held on November 3 by the ONF Center for Monitoring Technological Modernization and Scientific and Technical Development (Center for monitoring the scientific and technological revolution) together with the “Youth ONF”. Lectures on the main trends of Internet entrepreneurship and the development of blockage from the sources to the new generation were read by experts from the Center for Monitoring of the Scientific and Technical Movement Margarita Zobnina and Nikolai Fedorovskikh.

“We have a new university, but with very serious traditions, and most of the professional training is connected with digital technologies,” said Irina Avdeeva, vice-rector for extracurricular work and public communications of Sevastopol State University. – This is engineering training in a variety of industries, these are drones, these are nanotechnologies, these are computer technologies – in a word, a huge number of promising areas of professional activity on the digital platform. But, in order for education to be complete, not only professional training is needed, but also appropriate thinking is needed. And from this point of view, the project “Realize yourself in the digital world!” Creates a motivation for the restructuring of thinking, for searching for some interesting constructive solutions. ”
How true these words are, the experts of the Center for Monitoring of the Scientific and Technical Trial were convinced personally during the meeting with the students. As Margarita Zobnina points out, against the background of the high demand for knowledge and experience in the sphere of digitalization for the whole Crimea, the Sevastopol youth noticeably differs precisely in basic training, so the questions in Sevastopol were asked more practical, and interest in information about digitalization manifested rather applied. Nikolai Fedorovskikh agrees with this assessment, who also stressed the practical nature of the interest in the topic of his lecture.

In particular, he was first asked about whether he himself has an account in crypto-currencies. The author of this question was one of the most active participants of the meeting – the first year student of the Institute of Economics, Finance and Management of the SevGU Pavel Stronev. “It was very important for me to receive from the lecturer an affirmative answer to my question about whether he himself has an account in crypto-currencies, since a modern person, in my opinion, certainly must have a direct idea of how such mechanisms work,” explained the student . – After all, it seems to me that a person of the digital age is one who communicates with a computer and the Internet on the “you”, understands how to develop on the web, and has a clear idea of crypto-currencies and blockage, as the future lies behind them. And now I too can consider myself a person of the digital age. ”
The fourth-year student of the Institute of Information Technologies and Management in the SevGU technical systems Eugene Georg Solopin admitted that lectures on blockades and Internet entrepreneurship trends were extremely informative and useful for him, since he already has his own small project. Valuable was the information on how you can promote your startup on the Internet, including in terms of project development, and where to get the start-up capital.

According to Anna Zaborenko, Head of the Center for Monitoring of the Scientific and Technical Movement of the Scientific and Technical Organization, Sevastopol, as one of the three Russian cities of federal significance, occupies a special place within the framework of the project “Implement Yourself in the Digital World!” And in the digital knowledge and skills training system in Russia as a whole. “On the one hand, Sevastopol’s youth is now difficult, because it is still being restructured and adapted to more modern conditions and requirements for both training and conducting Internet business. On the other hand, it has the opportunity to do so immediately, taking into account the requirements of the digital economy, adapting to its needs the most up-to-date knowledge and skills in this field. But Sevastopol has one more important advantage. Sevastopol has always been a naval base and a center of shipbuilding and ship repair, which means that the traditions of technical training have always been strong here. It is this feature that can become another factor in the rapid adaptation of Sevastopol youth to the new conditions and the digitalization of the Russian economy, “summed up the event Anna Zaborenko.
